I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond by returning the documents I accidentally left behind, but they also offered an upgrade to a better apartment when one was available. the ironing facilities were top-notch, the heating kept us warm and cozy, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch. the sitting area and dining table were perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal, and the garden furniture allowed us to soak in the beautiful surroundings. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the washing machine was a convenient amenity. the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a hot beverage anytime, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when needed. the carpeted and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the space. Overall, our stay was beyond our wildest expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.
